Zenon Panel® is a new technology building system used worldwide to construct low rise structures. In the early 1970s Zenon Panel® system were used for the first time in the United States to construct two story houses, then in the 1980s in Europe the product technology of Zenon Panel® system increased and Zenon Panels becomes worldwide construction material.

Zenon Panel® is a prefabricated panel consists of a three-dimensional welded wire truss with a polystyrene core sheet placed between two layers of welded wire fabric. Each surface of the 3D wire truss has a 10 cm square welded mesh pattern of longitudinal and transverse wires of 3mm diameter, and are made of galvanized steel with low carbon content . At each 1 m2 of Zenon Panel® there are 200 joints each joint were connected to each other by electronically controlled welding. The welding is perfect and no any separation in the connection points. Zenon Panel® then can be converted to structural wall by shotcrete, which is a concrete material that is sprayed onto the wall at the job site.

Zenon Panel® is light in weight (4,0 - 4,5kg/m2 ) than any other construction material, and easy to transport in vertical or horizontal position from factory to job site.

Zenon Panel® special steel truss system has 100 diagonal cross wires on each 1m2.

The height of Zenon Panel® is not constant, it is differ with the type of application ,that's why Zenon Panels is suitable for most constructions such as used to construct industrial buildings walls, hospitals walls, steel structures out and inside walls, walls of per fabric structures, and also forming a load carrying walls in the masonry building. MATERIAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES: Zenon Panel® consists mainly from two materials: 3mm diameter steel wire (strength > 700N/mm2)    o Low carbon content.    o Has tensile strength of 700 - 800 N/mm2.    o Product of Ege Çelik , Çolakoğlu Çelik and Aslanlı Tel companies.    o It is dip galvanized, and durable against corrosion. 16kg/m3 EPS Polistyrene sheets with a unite weight changing from 16 to 20 kg/m3 (according to costumer requirements) , This light weight material has the following properties:    o It is classified as type B1 ( not burn ) in DIN standard.    o It is expanded by water steam. So it does not have any harmful effect on human health and environment.    o İt has infinite lifespan. It does not loose it's properties in the steel wire truss system of Zenon Panel®.
